Salam Kak Min..
Bila tengok all the tools and gadgets u got, teringat masa saya mula2 ‘terkinja-kinja’ nak buat kek sendiri setahun dua yg lalu. Ber’sifoo’kan resepi2 dalam internet, dengan bantuan oven ‘veteren’ yang seusia dengan umur mak saya, hehe.. terhasillah juga kek pertama saya buat sendiri : Pineapple upside down cake. Haha.. kemain lagi tu! Dapat pula pujian dari parents kata kek tu sedap, cuma extra manis je sket.. kembang bontot gue seminggu! Haha! Lepas tu, setiap minggu saya cuba resepi baru. Ada yg ok, ada yang hampeh, ada yang ‘taubat nasuha’ tanak try dah resepi tu!Sapa kata kalau tak ada basic tak boleh buat.. boleh sebenarnya. Cuma sekarang ni, selalu sakit gigi, hehe.. so, buat utk kasi kengkawan makan aje la.. Even tho’ xleh nk makan ala2 melantak mcm dulu, saya still enjoy baking cakes. Rasa puas hati tahap dewa bila orang yg makan kek kita tu kata sedap dan dari expression muka diorang pun kita dah rasa happy. And now bila tengok web Kak Min, terfikir pula cabang baru yang tak pernah saya cuba sebelum ni: Deco-mendeco cakes and cupcakes! It looks damn great and so sweet la! Sayang nak makan pulak bila kek tu cantik-cantik cenggini. Hehe..

Wow…tahniah kerana joining the class….i wish I can join as well. Sebenarnya tak rugi bayar RM3K tu utk join this kind of classes plus the gadgets that u received. Kalau dapat cert jugak, it is even better. Last time, I pernah join kelas sugarpaste tp separuh jalan jek sebab kena tipu. And with ribuan jugak yg i bayar……i tak dpt apa2 gadget langsung……utk bahan kat kelas (like tracing paper, dummy, boxes, icing sugar, gelatin, dll, sume kena beli sendiri). I rasa yours i far far better………Go for it Min. Its a good investment and u made a good choice. Its good to do something that u love to do. Good Luck. I am happy for u and hope u prosper always.

hi min, no chance for me to get this book..coz I am in Singapore. but am interested to find out what course you are attending in Malaysia or UK? These gadgets you have are part of the course or you have to pay for it? In Singapore, these tools will costs a bomb. easily between S$1000 or more. Thanks dear..
