Hi, I’m Yasmin and I write Baking Project to document all my baking and cake decorating experiments, and to share my knowledge with others along the way. I hope my notes will be an encouragement to those who is keen on trying baking and cake decorating. I started Baking Project in Feb 2008. Prior to this I spent 12 years working in the Property Management field. I decided to leave my job in early Mac 2008 to take a rest from the hectic corporate world. That’s when I started teaching cake decorating on a part time basis. The journey has been incredible, I am an author now (still can’t believe it). Alhamdulillah.
