Utk inti you all boleh cipta sendiri ye 😄 #dough : 300 gm #sweetpotatoes, orange or yellow type 90 gm butter 30 gm castor sugar 1/4 cup milk 1 teaspoon salt 2 egg yolks 300 gm bread flour 2 teaspoon instant yeast 🍞🍞🍞🍞🍞 Steam the potatoes till soft. Mash n while hot, add the butter, sugar, half of milk n salt. Let cool, then mix in the egg yolk. Transfer to mixer bowl with dough hook. Add flour n #yeast, add balance of milk gradually n knead till you get a smooth ball. You might need less or more milk. Knead for abt 7 minutes 🏈🏈🏈🏈🏈🏈 Cover n proof for 1 to 2 hours. Then divide into 40 gm balls. Roll into round shape. Put filling n fold in half (mcm buat karipap). Pinch to seal n shape like a rugby ball. Place seam down. Proof again for abt 1 hour. Glaze with mixture of egg n milk.
