May classes
Today is the last day for May. It has been a good month for me, started my classes on the 18th this month. So far, response has been good and I’m quite busy from Friday to Monday. The rest of the days, I finally got the time to myself. Here are some pictures of my students’ work of art.

What type of cream was used to decorate the “Eat Me” cupcake?
I want to try making my 1 st cupcake and decorate. Looking to find a simple kind of deco to use. Been reading your blog and one of the choices is the simple icing sugar topping. But the “Eat Me” cupcake look very simple and nice! That’s what i am trying to achieve.

Hi Orchid, all the cc are using buttercream icing. You can find many recipes on the internet. Thanks.
