CLASS 1 : BUTTERCREAM CAKE & CUPCAKE DECO
Time : One day course, from 10.30 am to 3.30 pm.
Fee : RM250.00 per person
Topic :
- Demo – How to make buttercream
- Recipe for cupcake is given ( no baking included)
- Introduction to piping tip/ nozzle
100% hands-on :
- Making icing of different consistency
- Colour mixing, handling piping bags
- Cake – crumb coat and how to iced a cake
- Decoration of one 6 inch cake with roses and basketweave
- Decoration of 6 cupcakes, each using different nozzels – teddy bear, piping gel, clown, elmo, bunny & swirl.
Students will take back one 6″ round butter cake and 6 cupcakes which they have decorated. All ingredients provided. Students need to bring apron, kitchen towel, a 9 inch cake box and a high container for 6 cupcakes.
CLASS 2 : FONDANT CUPCAKE DECO
Time : One day course, from 9.30 am to 12.30 noon
Fee : RM200.00 per person

- Demo – How to make fondant from scratch
- Gumpaste (flower paste) recipe is given
100% hands-on :
- Colouring sugarpaste and marbling
- How to cover cupcakes with fondant
- Dusting with Pearl dust
- Decorating 6 cuppies with the above design – rolled roses, mini handbag, alphabets, angry bird, stencil and ribbon.
The fee includes all ingredients. Students only have to bring apron, kitchen towel and tupperware to take back the cupcake.
CLASS 3 : FONDANT CAKE DECO – WEDDING

Time : One day course, from 10.30 am to 3.30 pm
Fee : RM250.00 per person

- Introduction to fondant and gum paste
- Demo – How to make fondant from scratch
- Gumpaste (flower paste) recipe is given
100% hands-on :
- Colouring sugarpaste and marbling
- How to cover a round cake with fondant
- Crimping & embossing
- How to make swag, frill & ribbons (fabric effect)
- How to make basic gum paste roses
- Colouring with Pearl dust
- Decorating one 7 inch cake dummy (Styrofoam) with the above deco. We will not be using real cake, but you can bring your own cake. Diameter not more than 7 inch, preferable solid like butter cake.
The fee includes all ingredients. Students only have to bring apron, kitchen towel and a 9 inch cake box to take back the cake.
CLASS 4 : FONDANT CAKE DECO – FIGURINE
Time : One day course, from 10.30 am to 3.30 pm

- How to make figurines – swan, sheep, cow, cat and human
- How to make landscape
- Decorating one 7 inch cake dummy (Styrofoam) with the above deco. We will not be using real cake, but you can bring your own cake. Diameter not more than 7 inch, preferable solid like butter cake.

CLASS 5 : NOVELTY CAKE – FONDANT HANDBAG
Time : One day course, from 10.30 am to 3.00 pm

- Making a handbag cake from a real cake
- Sculpting the cake
- Covering with fondant

CLASS 6: NOVELTY CAKE – PILLOW & SHOE
Time : One day course, from 10.30 am to 3.00 pm
Fee : RM280.00 per person
Topic :
- Recipe for fondant and gum paste is given. Please take note that we will NOT be making fondant in this class.
- Making a pillow cake from a real cake (about 7 inch in diameter)
- Sculpting the cake, covering with fondant
- Making the fabric effects- tassel, frills and pattern on top of pillow
- Making the shoe according to your own design – shoe template will be given
The fee includes all ingredients. Students only have to bring apron, kitchen towel and a 9 inch cake box to take back the cake.
CLASS 7: NOVELTY CAKE - PRINCESS DOLL
Time : One day course, 4 hours. Pls see schedule on right, for time.

- Recipe and demo on making Royal Icing
- Designing the princess dress
- Incorporating the fabric effects- frill, swag, ribbon into the dress
- Piping scrolls and simple design with Royal icing
Real cake is used for the princess skirt. The fee includes all ingredients. Students only have to bring apron, kitchen towel and a 9 inch cake box to take back the cake.
CLASS 8: 3 TIERS WEDDING CAKE
Time : One day course, from 10.30 am to 3.30 pm
Fee : RM450.00 per person

- Demo – How to make fondant from scratch
- Gumpaste (flower paste) recipe is given
- Demo – how to make royal icing
- How to cover cakes and cake board with fondant
- Making frills and swags
- Side pattern using stencil
- Piping shells for border with royal icing
- Construction of pillar and stacked cakes
The price includes all ingredients. Two bottom tiers will be real cakes and top is styrofoam. Using ready-made flowers. Students have to bring apron, kitchen towel & boxes ( 14 inch and 9 inch) to take back the cakes.
CLASS 9 : SUGAR BOX
Time : One day course, from 9.30 am to 12.30 noon
Fee : RM200.00 per person

Time : One day course, from 9.30 am to 12.30 noon
