Last weekend was spent learning how to make fake cakes  from a very talented lady (Cik Ayu).. if you guys are interested to learn, I have invited Cik Ayu over to Bakingproject’s kitchen to teach us how to make these gorgeous cake, cupcakes and also chocolates.   All these are actually made of styrofoam inside, then covered with white cement filler/ putty, lastly coloured with acryllic paint.   At last, cakes that you can display without having any problems with ants !  These fake cakes can be used as shop displays, house decorations, gift or to be sold.  They can be packed and posted thru the mail, unlike real cake.

You can design the cake as you wish,  depending on your piping skills.  Those who do not know how to pipe, don’t worry coz I will be there during the class to assist you.
