I am so tired and at the same time very, very happy today.. completed my first class on the fondant handbag cake. The results from the students were so amazing :

Wow, if your getting that kind of result from a student you must be one hell of a teacher! That is pro work right there that would sell for a nice price, very trendy and modern indeed!

Hi Heather, thanks. Most of the students have some basic in sugarcraft, so I guess just need a little push from me. I’m so proud of their work .

Hi there
Love the handbag cake fondant… love to learn it as well.
I have no skill in sugarcraft at all, do I need to before I can learn the handbag fondant?

The cake is just beautiful and impressive.
I would love to learn baking especially decorations using fondant..
May I know the fees for the classes n when I can enrol pls? thnx so much =)

Salam Florence, if you hv some sugarcraft skill it would be useful. But if you dont, then it’s ok, I will teach you slowly ok. I have a few students with no previous experience and their work turn out fine.

Me also interested in Fondant Cake Deco Class, what’s the difference between this one & the handbag class?

Florence, I wont be having any classes during CNY. On holiday la . Detail of the class is at the top page, there are pictures of the completed cake for you to see the difference. Thanks.

Hi Yasmin… I’ll be in KL from 6th Feb till 27th Feb Noticed you’ve got a additional class for 7th Feb in KL… I m interested as well
