Another Kek Hantaran

The wedding season is here ! This is a good time for all wedding planners, cake decorators, caterers etc. Hopefully this two months will bring good business to all of us. Anyway, here’s another kek hantaran (wedding cake) that I made, for a girl named Shaz. Terima kasih :) .

This is a gift for a wedding couple who lives in Ipoh. Hope they like it.

Some updates – I’ve added a poll on the right side bar regarding having my classes in some major towns. If the response is good, I will try to work out something. Currently I am finalizing the details of having a class in Johor Bahru, at C Siang Marketing bakery supplies shops. The class will be held in Dec, 08 Insyaallah. Will keep you posted on this.

My PME Diploma in Sugarpaste course is scheduled next week Tuesday, and I am so excited :-P . Having a diploma in this field that I love really meant a lot for me. Hopefully I’ll be learning more new things. Wish me luck !

    Kak Min, i really admire this cake..the colour is too bright but it was nice..i wish to learn about making fondant cupcakes pulak as previously i followed the basic one with u..i am so proud of myself now that i can bake cakes and i tried lots of new recipe..but biasela kak min, try and error ade yg jadi..ade yg tak berape…hehe..that day i went to cake connection to buy some baking stuffs (chewah) and i being informed that you also teach some classes there..wow..bestnye..so nanti for fondant cupcakes bolehla i blaja kat sane..much nearer to my place…btw, kak min i wish to learn more..hope kakak2 kat dalam yahoo group tuh can guide me..since i ni very2 amateur..and one more thing my mom and my brother had stopped making fun of me..they’d even asked me to bake more cakes!haha…thanks kak min..saving money to go for the classes…yeah!
