Light Blue lace cake

It had been a hectic week for me.. just arrived from Perak yesterday afternoon. Still tired from the journey. But nevertheless very happy to see lots of new members in Baking Project Yahoo Group. So far we have 52 members since 21st Aug, 08. I hope the group will still be ‘happening’ even when I am too busy to pen something down.

Here’s a cake which I managed to quickly decorate this evening. It’s not a real cake, just Styrofoam inside and the flowers are store-bought.

    kak min nak tanye beli styrofoam yg boleh kita sculpt kat manerr? diah ada project nak guna styrofoam untuk bahagian kepala .. many thanks in advance..

    Salam Diah, tak pernah dgr pulak ada styrofoam yg boleh di sculpt. Mungkin boleh guna sponge yg jenis cucuk bunga tu ? Gabus kek tu payah nak sculpt. Tq.

    Wkmsalam Nadia, if resepi gumpaste memang ada pakai gelatin. Tapi to be sure kena tanya supplier bunga tu.
